10:27 AM EST - Fluid Music Canada Inc. : said it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares and debt of Mood Media Group SA in consideration for EUR 160 million or about $206 million U.S. Also, Fluid has signed a bought deal agreement with BMO Capital Markets in respect of a private placement of subscription receipts. The company added that Mood Media acquisition would be completed on or before June 4, at which time Fluid would acquire all of Mood Media's outstanding shares and debt in consideration for EUR 160 million.
