On a per share basis, net income was $0.04 U.S., down from $0.06 U.S. in the same quarter last year. Consolidated revenue for the quarter was $101.6 million U.S., down from $44.3 million U.S. in the comparable quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter increased as a result of additional gold sales from the Mesquite mine after the business combination with Western Goldfields Inc. as well as higher average realized gold prices in 2010.
