11:59 AM EST - LNG Energy Ltd. : said it closed its previously announced acquisition of Kunagu Real Estate S.A. As a result, LNG has increased its ownership from a 12% to 20% net interest in a shale gas exploration project in Poland. The remaining 80% of the project is held by Sorgenia E&P S.p.A., Rohol-Aufsuchungs Aktiengesellschaft and BKX International Holdings Inc. LNG has also increased its ownership from 60% to 100% of BWB Exploration, LLC, which holds approximately 2,800 acres of oil and gas leases in Carter County, Oklahoma and an estimated 65,000 acres of leases in the Black Warrior Basin of Mississippi and Alabama.
