09:53 AM EST - Sino-Forest Corp : said its wholly-owned subsidiary Sino-Capital Global Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire 2.32 billion ordinary shares in Greenheart Resources Holdings Limited for HK$227,218,823 or about $29 million. The shares being purchased represents about 30.3% of the issued share capital of Greenheart, and the offer price will be satisfied by issuing common shares of Sino-Forest. Sino-Forest Corp.
shares T.TRE are trading up $0.58 at $17.64.
