Before restructuring charges, adjusted net earnings amounted to $49.8 million U.S. or $0.41 U.S. per share, compared to $7.2 million U.S. or $0.06 U.S. per share in the second quarter of fiscal 2009. Net sales reached $326.8 million U.S., up 33.5% from $244.8 million U.S. in the second quarter of last year. Gildan Activewear Inc.
