On May 13, Hy-Drive announced that it intended to undertake a brokered private placement of up to 16.7 million units at a price of $0.30 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $5 million. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the company and one half of one warrant. Each whole Warrant will be exercisable for one Share at a price of $0.46 per share for a period of five years.
