11:51 AM EST - BioteQ Environmental Technologies Inc. : announced the signing of a contract for a pilot plant project with a new customer in the mining industry for a site in the U.S. The company said that it would be paid fees for the pilot plant design, installation, and operation, and the customer is responsible for the capital cost of the pilot plant. The work is presently underway, and is anticipated to be complete during 2010.
