04:08 PM EST - Medoro Resources Ltd. : reported a net loss for the first quarter of $2.1 million or $0.01 per share, compared to a net loss of $600,000 or $0.01 per share for the year-ago quarter. The company said the increase in net loss of $1.5 million was mainly a result of increases in operating costs of $2.1 million and foreign exchange losses of $200,000, partially offset by a gross profit of $800,000 and other income of $100,000 from the operating Mineros Nacionales mine at Marmato.
