02:36 PM EST - KCP Income Fund : jumped almost 24 per cent Monday after Canada's biggest maker of private label bleach agreed to be bought for $804 million by New York-based private equity firm Caxton-Iseman Capital Inc.Under the deal announced early Monday, KCP unitholders will receive $10 per unit, a 25 per cent premium over its March 30 closing unit price of $8 and a 27.6 per cent premium to the 10-day volume weighted average trading price. "This agreement is an ideal outcome for the (strategic evaluation) process, as we will deliver immediate premium value to our unitholders in the form of cash," chief executive and founder David Cynamon said in a statement. KCP Income Fund units T.KCP.UN are trading up one dollar ninety three cents at $9.93.
