09:53 AM EST - Toronto-Dominion Bank : said it reached an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by TD Securities Inc. for an issue of 3.52 million common shares, at a price of $71.00 per share, to raise gross proceeds of $250 million. The issue will qualify as Tier 1 capital for the company and the expected closing date is June 15. Net proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes. Toronto-Dominion Bank
shares T.TD are trading down $0.25 at $71.19.
