09:55 AM EST - Wildcat Silver Corporation : announced that Mammoth Minerals Inc. has acquired the rights to explore on an additional 24 properties totaling 25,155 acres in the Noseno/Warapati area of Guyana. It was previously announced that Wildcat's wholly-owned subsidiary Riva Gold Corp. has signed a business combination agreement to acquire control of Mammoth, which now holds a large land package totaling 41,730 acres in the Noseno/Warapati area.
