09:51 AM EST - Brigadier Gold Ltd. : said that it has settled $549,207 of its debts with its directors, and is seeking to settle with some of its creditors and directors a further $247,802 by the issuance of shares for debt at a price of $0.20 per share by issuing an additional about 1.24 million shares. A further $32,010 is to be settled if $70,078 is paid to certain creditors and their portion of the above mentioned shares are issued to them by August 1.
