Bancorp Inc. : said it has completed the sale of its units of Charter Real Estate Investment Trust to IGW Public Limited Partnership, an affiliate of League Assets Corp. at a price of $1.45 per unit. The company noted that the sale yielded gross proceeds of about $8.77 million. In connection with the sale, the management agreement between Charter and C.A. Realty Management Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of C.A. Bancorp, was terminated. C.A. Bancorp Inc.
