09:50 AM EST - Chariot Resources Ltd. : said it has obtained a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia approving the proposed acquisition by China Sci-Tech Holdings Ltd. The arrangement has received the required approvals by the shareholders of Chariot and China Sci-Tech and is expected to become effective on June 10. Under the deal, China Sci-Tech will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Chariot at a price of $0.67 in cash per common share. Chariot Resources Ltd.
