On a per share basis, the company reported a loss of $0.08 per share compared to a profit of $0.02 per share a year ago. Funds from operations for the quarter declined to $1.09 million from $4.22 million in the prior year. Quarterly petroleum and natural gas sales decreased to $2.15 million from $9.25 million last year. Fortress Energy Inc.
