11:44 AM EST - Diadem Resources Ltd. : Said that it has entered into settlement and shares-for-debt agreements with three service providers to settle an aggregate of about $309,022.08 of historic trade payables. Pursuant to the agreements, Diadem proposes to issue 949,820 common shares, at deemed share prices between $0.20 to $0.25 per share, to the service providers in full and final settlement of the debt owed to the service providers. The debt is owed by Diadem to the service providers in respect of trade services previously performed by the service providers. Diadem Resources Ltd.
