03:56 PM EST - World Color Press Inc. : and Quad/Graphics, Inc. said on Friday that their respective shareholders have approved the previously-announced plan of arrangement, pursuant to which Quad/Graphics, Inc. will acquire Worldcolor. The approval of Quad/Graphics shareholders was obtained on June 24, while earlier today, at the special meeting of Worldcolor shareholders held in Toronto, Ontario, about 91.78% of the votes cast were voted in favour of the special resolution authorizing the arrangement.
