09:51 AM EST - Spider Resources Inc. : announced that Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. has increased its cash takeover bid for Spider Resources Inc. to $0.19 per share from original offer of $0.13 per share. Cliffs' revised offer for Spider will expire on July 6. On June 14, Cliffs proposed to increase its cash takeover offer for Spider to $0.165 per share. Spider' board said earlier today that Cliffs' Revised Offer is a superior proposal as compared to amended terms of the proposed merger with KWG Resources Inc. Spider Resources Inc.
