11:58 AM EST - Kinross Gold Corp. : said Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of Underworld Resources Inc. Under the plan of arrangement announced on June 2, each Underworld share will be exchanged for 0.141 of a Kinross common share plus $0.01 in cash, subject to adjustment with respect to fractional shares. Kinross Gold Corp.
shares T.K are trading down $0.61 at $17.59.
