03:50 PM EST - Westport Innovations Inc. : announced that it has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of OMVL SpA and OMVL's 51% share of Juniper Engines Inc., for a combined consideration of EUR19.0 million or about $23.4 million U.S. Westport noted that it expects to pay EUR 11.4 million or about $14 Million U.S. on closing and EUR 7.6 million or about $9.4 million U.S. on the third anniversary of the closing date.
