09:41 AM EST - KWG Resources Inc. : said that Spider Resources Inc. has terminated the combination agreement with the company. In connection with the termination, Spider has paid a break-fee of $2.30 million to KWG. As the deal with Spider was terminated, Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. can now proceed with its all-cash offer to take over KWG. Cliffs Natural has offered all-cash offer of $0.19 per share for KWG. KWG Resources Inc.
shares V.KWG are trading even at $0.12.
