10:11 AM EST - Cogeco Inc. : reported that its third-quarter net earnings were $10.74 million or $0.64 per share, compared to $10.70 million or $0.64 per share in the same quarter last year. Adjusted net income rose to $10.74 million, from $9.16 million in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted net income was $0.64 per share, up from $0.55 per share in the year-ago quarter. Revenues for the quarter were $330.93 million, up from $316.31 million in the prior-year quarter.For fiscal 2011, Cogeco Cable expects to achieve revenue of $1.34 billion, representing growth of $50 million, or 3.9% when compared to the revised fiscal 2010 guidelines issued on January 12, 2010.
