09:45 AM EST - Urodynamix Technologies Ltd. : said Thursday that it has signed a definitive agreement with HEGLN (Dalian) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a Chinese biotechnology company, for the sale of the majority of its assets for $2.1 million. The acquisition of the Urodynamix assets will allow HEGLN to expand its product offering in its domestic and worldwide markets. Urodynamix Technologies Ltd.
