09:53 AM EST - Seacliff Construction Corp. : said Churchill Corp. has completed its acquisition of Seacliff for about $394 million, including the assumption of Seacliff's indebtedness. Under the terms of the Arrangement, Seacliff shareholders received $17.14 in cash for each Seacliff common share. Seacliff Construction Corp.
shares T.SDC are trading even at $17.12.
