For the quarter, net earnings was $1.4 million or $0.046 per share compared to $1.2 million or $0.041 per share in the prior-year quarter. Revenues for the quarter was $63.8 million, higher than $62.2 million last year, despite an increase in the office building vacancy rate, which rose from 7.5% to 10.1% during the last year.
