11:53 AM EST - Logibec Groupe Informatique Ltee. : and OMERS Private Equity Inc. jointly announced Friday that about 8.9 million shares of Logibec, representing about 98% of the outstanding Logibec shares, have been tendered to the offer dated June 10 made by OPE LGI Inc. to acquire all of the issued and outstanding of Logibec at a price of $26.00 per share. As all of the conditions of the offer have now been satisfied, OPE LGI has taken up all of the Logibec shares tendered to the offer. Logibec Groupe Informatique Ltee.
