09:54 AM EST - Air Canada : announced it estimates that its system capacity, as measured in available seat miles or ASMs, in the second quarter of 2010 was 5.3% higher than the second quarter of 2009, within the range of the 4.5% to 5.5% increase previously projected outlook. Air Canada estimates that its revenue per available seat mile or RASM in the second quarter of 2010, on a system-wide basis, increased by about 6.6% as compared to the second quarter of 2009, with both yield and load factor increases contributing to the overall improvement.
