11:50 AM EST - Northstar Healthcare Inc. : announced it has issued a Notice of Change to the Directors' Circular in respect of the unsolicited offer by Canada Healthcare Acquisition Inc., a corporation indirectly controlled by Donald Kramer, a former CEO and former director of Northstar, to acquire all the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company for $0.95 per common share. Northstar said that its board has unanimously decided not to make a recommendation with respect to the acceptance or non-acceptance of the Offer. Northstar Healthcare Inc.
