03:34 PM EST - Heritage Oil Corp. : said that Heritage Oil & Gas Ltd. has completed the disposal of its entire interests in Block 1 and Block 3A in Uganda. The company also plans to pay a special dividend of up to 100 pence per share in August. The assets have been sold to Tullow Uganda Ltd., a subsidiary of Tullow Oil plc for a cash consideration of $1.35 billion U.S. and an additional contractual settlement amount of $100 million U.S. Heritage Oil Corp.
shares T.HOC are trading up $0.20 at $6.90.
