Earnings per share were $0.98, up 23% from $0.80 in the second-quarter 2009 which included a $0.41 per share gain from an asset sale. Adjusted net income were $156.2 million or $0.92 per share, compared to $79.3 million or $0.47 per share in the same quarter last year.
