On a per share basis, net income was $0.35 U.S., down from $0.38 U.S. last year. Adjusted earnings per share from continuing operations declined to $0.47 U.S. from $0.58 U.S. last year. Revenues for the quarter were $3.216 billion U.S., compared to $3.293 billion U.S. in the prior-year quarter.
