Adjusted earnings for the second quarter were $61.7 million or $1.06 per share, up from $49.7 million or $0.86 per share in 2009. Revenues rose to $844.0 million, from $688.1 million in the year ago quarter, primarily due to the recording of revenues associated with the lease of the first and second units of ATCO Power's Karratha generating plant in the first and second quarters, respectively, of 2010.
