09:48 AM EST - Storm Exploration Inc. : said ARC Energy Trust has completed the acquisition of Storm in a transaction valued at about $645 million based on Tuesday's closing price of $19.53 per ARC unit. Under the deal, Storm shareholders received 0.5700 of an ARC unit or, subject to adjustment, 0.2021 of an ARC Resources exchangeable share in exchange for each common voting share or common non-voting share.
