03:45 PM EST - Selwyn Resources Ltd. : closed its $100-million joint venture transaction with Chihong Canada Mining Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Chihong Zinc & Germanium Co. Ltd., a Chinese company. Following the transaction, Selwyn and Chihong incorporated Selwyn Chihong Mining Ltd. owned 50/50% by Selwyn and Chihong, to be the operator of the Joint Venture. Selwyn Resources Ltd.
