12:24 PM EST - Vasogen Inc. : stock jumped almost 30 percent on Wednesday, before pulling back, after the biotech company said it has inked a commercialization deal for its heart treatment in Europe and Latin America. The company also said it will meet officials of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration at the end of May to discuss key clinical trial data, which could clear the way for the treatment's regulatory approval in the United States later this year.
