10:17 AM EST - WestJet Airlines : said its first-quarter profit jumped 132 percent to $29.9 million, compared with $12.9 million a year earlier. Revenue rose to $479.2 million, from $386.7 million in the first quarter of 2006, an improvement of 23.9 percent. The airline flew 2.8 billion revenue passenger miles in the first quarter, compared with 2.3 billion a year ago. WestJet Airlines
