09:34 AM EST - Bombardier : Bombardier Transportation and Israel Railways (ISR) have signed a framework agreement for the delivery of double-deck coaches, which includes a firm order for 78 coaches. Optional batches are foreseen. The order value of this firm order amounts to 132 million euro ($185 million US). The vehicles will be manufactured at Bombardier Transportation's Görlitz facility in Germany and in Israel. Bombardier
