10:06 AM EST - Shaw Communications Inc. : said on Friday its quarterly profit fell 1.6 percent, missing expectations. Shaw earned $122 million or 28 cents per share in the fourth quarter of its fiscal 2010, down from $124 million, or 29 cents, a year earlier. Its consolidated service revenue rose 8 percent to $939 million. That compared with a consensus estimate of revenue of $957 million on net income of $150 million, or $0.34 per share, according to Thomson Reuters. Shaw Communications Inc.
