02:08 PM EST - Andean American Gold Corp. : announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters, led by Haywood Securities Inc. and including Octagon Capital Corp., pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 16,700,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.90 per Common Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $15,030,000. Andean American Gold Corp.
shares V.AAG are trading up 2 cents at $0.99.
