The purchase is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2010, subject to customary closing conditions, and is expected to be immediately accretive. This building will be the REIT's twentieth asset in the Ontario Region, and its first acquisition in the City of Peterborough, the regional hub of east-central Ontario.
