12:45 PM EST - Sandstorm Resources Ltd. : announced that it has entered into a gold purchase agreement with Brigus Gold Corp. (T.BRD, up $0.07 to $1.86) on its Black Fox gold mine in Ontario which is currently in production. Sandstorm expects to receive delivery of gold beginning in January 2011. Highlights on the deal include Sandstorm to purchase 12% of the life of mine gold production and make an upfront payment with cash on hand totaling $56.3 million. Sandstorm will also make payments of $500 per ounce as an ongoing payment. Sandstorm Resources Ltd.
