09:50 AM EST - Pinetree Capital Ltd. : announced that on December 2, it acquired ownership of 2,000,000 common shares and 2,000,000 common share purchase warrants of Golden Tag Resources Ltd. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.60 until November 30, 2011 and at a price of $0.70 until November 30, 2012. In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 8.4% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Golden Tag as of December 2. Pinetree Capital Ltd.
