03:50 PM EST - Explor Resources Inc. : announced the acquisition of a 15-mineral-claim package totaling 242.8 hectares, situated in Harker Townships in the Larder Lake Mining Division, District of Cochrane, Northern Ontario, known as the Golden Harker Property. Explor will pay a total of $25,000 and issue 400,000 common shares for an Option to acquire a 100% interest in the Golden Harker Property. The Optionors have retained a 2.0% NSR in the property. This acquisition is subject to regulatory approval. Explor Resources Inc.
