Amica has completed the acquisition of an additional 40% interest in Amica at Newmarket, ON., bringing the Company's ownership position to 56% and has completed the acquisition of an additional 37.5% interest in Amica at Villa Da Vinci (located in Vaughan, ON), bringing the Company's ownership position to 100%.
