10:03 AM EST - PrimeWest Energy Trust : has agreed to take over Shiningbank Energy Income Fund in an all-stock deal worth about $1.25 billion, the companies said on Thursday. The companies said each Shiningbank trust unit will be exchanged for 0.62 of a PrimeWest trust unit. Based on the $23.55 closing level of PrimeWest units on Wednesday, that values each Shiningbank unit at $14.60. PrimeWest Energy Trust
