All amounts are expressed in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise indicated. During the three months ended November 30, 2010 the Company incurred $5.1 million, to complete exploration and commence engineering activities necessary to advance the project to feasibility. For the same period, the Company reported losses of $1.4 million. As at November 30, 2010, the Company had $30.7 million in cash and cash equivalents and positive working capital of $28.5 million.
