03:59 PM EST - Quebecor Inc. : trimmed its first-quarter net loss to $14.6 million from year-earlier loss of $60.7 million, the multimedia company reported Thursday. The Montreal-based company recorded a loss of 23 cents per share compared with 94 cents in the same period a year earlier. Quebecor reported flat first-quarter revenues of $2.37 billion, essentially unchanged from the same period of 2006. Quebecor Inc.
shares T.QBR.A are trading down 6 cents at $42.66.
