03:34 PM EST - Norsat International Inc : announced that it has completed its acquisition of all the shares of Sinclair Technologies Holdings Inc., in a transaction valued at $19.25 million U.S. Under the agreement, Norsat paid $4.75 million U.S. from cash, $12.0 million U.S. in debt financing, and 4,028,932 common shares to the shareholders of Sinclair.
