10:04 AM EST - WebTech Wireless Inc. : announced that it has signed an agreement to deploy its Quadrant(R) fleet management software solution on an Enterprise basis with its existing customer, the City of Chicago. The license fee from this sale, which was finalized in December, will be recorded in the Company's 2010 fiscal year. Professional fees related to the sale will be recognized through fiscal 2011.
