For a small mine and mill operating seasonally (six months per annum, non-winter) at 500 tonne per day or 72,000 tonne per year, and using the three year average prices, (silver price: $15.50/oz U.S., lead price: $0.98/lb U.S., and zinc price: $0.92/lb U.S.) the undiscounted pre-tax NPV is $122 million U.S., with a pre-tax IRR of 21%. For the upside case (silver price: $25/oz U.S., lead price: $1/lb U.S., and zinc price: $1/lb U.S.) the undiscounted pre-tax NPV is $311 million U.S., with a pre-tax IRR of 49%.
